Surprise Birthday!! ..Plus some others

Hey everybody,

So there was a very special birthday a few days ago and there was no way that we were going to let it go uncelebrated.  There was a surprise birthday at BJ’s complete with friends, flowers and plenty of drinks.  I brought my camera along and here are just a few pics from the night, plus some other random ones. Thanks so much to all those who came out and helped us celebrate this special day, it was a great night!!

More B&W..

Hey guys,

So here’s a quick update with some new b&w shots.  These are from a couple different rolls I shot over the last few weeks and there wasn’t a whole lot that came out great but I wanted to at least post up a few.  I tried out a new kind of film from Fuji that made everything really contrasty and grainy, which looks really cool on prints, but not so cool when I scanned them in.  I’m working on getting a better way to scan my film stuff to my computer so sorry for the lower quality and dust.  Anyways, that’s about it for now and I hope you guys like the few photos in this post.  Let me know what you think!!

New Film Camera!!

Hey everybody,

So, I know it’s been forever since I posted anything up on here, like always, but school and everything has been taking up all my time recently.  But, I bought myself a new film camera last week and I shot my first roll with it the other day.  I wasn’t sure if anything would come out being that the camera is from 1972 and I had no idea if it was going to work right or not.  I got the film back today and the pictures actually came out pretty well, for the first roll.  I shot these down on Sunset over the weekend just wandering around and I was pretty pleased overall. There is a ton of really interesting places and people down there and it made for a really great afternoon, and some pretty cool photos.  Anyways, check them out and I hope you guys like them, and hopefully I’ll be able to post some more stuff up here again soon!!

Disney Concert Hall

Hey everyone,

So it’s been a while since I’ve really gone out to shoot anything so I took a trip downtown the other day to take some photos at the Disney Concert Hall.  It’s one of the most amazing buildings I’ve ever seen and it’s right here, in LA.  I don’t normally do architecture photos but I had been wanting to try shooting at this building for a while.  It was a perfect day when I got down there and it was alot of fun.  Check out the photos and hopefully they’re not too boring.  Let me know what you think and thanks for stopping by,
